What's up with the Houk's.......

In February Taylor was so very excited to get her
braces off! Look at that beautiful smile!

In March Achievement Days put on a
"Pinkwood Derby"
Taylor got 1st everytime except for the
very last race. Someone tripped her
and she dropped her car. 4 out of 5 isn't
too bad!! Way to go Tay!!
Brandon was so very proud. They both had so much fun doing this together.

For Springbreak we went to Disneyland!!!

Davis was so excited to see Mater and Lighting McQueen.

This is a photo of all of us on Splash Mtn.
The number 6114 is there because I am
too cheap to purchase a 5x7 for $15.
You can't see Davis between my legs because
he was smart and hid.
All of us on Space Mtn.!! Easy there muscles.
We went on Space Mtn. 3 times. It was
so much fun to be able to go on all the
rides this year with our entire family.

Us and our bug eyes... Taylor decided this year
that the bug show wasn't scary. But decided
that she is still terrified of the Haunted Mansion.

Davis got to drive his first car. He told me that

he was a good driver because he didn't hit

any trees.

We had a great time and enjoyed the 88 degree
weather.

We went to Huntington Beach......

It was Davis's 1st time to the beach.

Just after taking this cute picture of
Kaylee she decided to do a handstand.
That's great in all if I was out of her way.
Nope... I got an eye full sand!! I love
the beach just not in my eyes.

So that brings us to what we have been doing
most of the year.........

CHEER, CHEER AND MORE CHEER

Kaylee's team did great this year. I am so
impressed with Kaylee. She is so strong and
very athletic. She has amazing jumps, cartwheels,
round-offs, splits (all the way down) and she
can do her back handspring on the trampoline.
These are pictures of them competing in Logan.
The ages in Kaylee's group range from 4 to 6
years old.

This is Taylor's team competing in Logan.
Her team ranges from 6-9 years old. Everyone
on her team can do and backhandspring. And
a hand full can do back flips. One competition
they won all around!!

Our season ends at the end of April. We are sad
but not for long try-outs for next year are on
May 13th!!!

I can't believe you are old enough to have a nine year old either. I think of you sometimes when I need to borrow a cup of flower and you aren't there. Or when I need some honest advise about my hair cut. I know you would be honest. I love that about you. You guys and your disney land. Obsession? I think so. Sure I would love to take your photos. Next time I am in Idaho I will ring you. It's always fun shooting a beauteful family. Makes my job a lot easier. Hope all is well!

It looks like you have been having fun! I'm sure it's a HUGE bonus that your whole family can go on the rides at Disneyland. Hmmmmm maybe one of these years. LOL! I don't know how you have time to do anything for yourself, you're an awesome mom, wife and friend.
